In accordance with new regulations issued in Quebec, the company is publishing the following exploration plan notice for investors and local communities. Section 65.1 of the Mining Act

Article 65.1 of the Mining Act 65.1.

65.1. The holder of the exclusive right of exploration shall provide representatives of any local municipality located in the area of the land subject to the right, as well as any affected Indigenous nation or community, at least 30 days before the start of exploration work, and thereafter each year that such work continues, with an annual work plan, in the form provided by the Minister.

The rights holder must hold an information session regarding the annual work plan with each representative who requests one. During such a session, the representative may make observations and present additional information to that presented by the rights holder.

The holder shall publish on its website or by any other means of publication authorized by the Minister; the annual work plan and, where applicable, a report of the information session.
