Article 65.1 de la Loi sur les mines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019article 65.1 de la Loi sur les mines<\/em><\/p>\n<p>65.1. Le titulaire du droit exclusif d\u2019exploration transmet aux repr\u00e9sentants de toute municipalit\u00e9 locale situ\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion du terrain faisant l\u2019objet du droit, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 toute nation ou communaut\u00e9 autochtone concern\u00e9e, au moins 30 jours avant le d\u00e9but des travaux d\u2019exploration, puis chaque ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 ces travaux se poursuivent, une planification annuelle des travaux, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sous la forme fournie par le ministre.<\/p>\n<p>Le titulaire des droits doit tenir une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information concernant la planification annuelle des travaux avec chacun des repr\u00e9sentants qui en font la demande. Lors d\u2019une telle s\u00e9ance, le repr\u00e9sentant peut formuler des observations et pr\u00e9senter des renseignements compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 ceux pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le titulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le titulaire publie sur son site Internet ou par tout autre mode de publication autoris\u00e9 par le ministre ; la planification annuelle des travaux et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant,
